Passionate about crafting user-centric, brand experiences, while developing amazing people to bring them to life. All fuelled by a love of mid-noughties indie music, tea and biscuits.

Recently at BT Group delivering multiple global rebrands and helping develop the brand experience. Specialising in digital products, usability, digital architecture and brand development. All while creating a consistent and engaging brand experience for users across multiple products and touchpoints.

Previously at Three, growing and leading the digital creative team, crafting digital products and driving the brand forward. And before that Marvellous, a mobile marketing agency working with brands both big and small. Creating award-winning experiences and campaigns.

Co-founded fifo with Andy Ellis. Together they produce and perform live experimental motion graphics.

Outside of design Chris enjoys spending time with his family, mainly following two small humans around National Trust properties. His other passion is music. A youth spent working in record stores developed a love of physical formats and keeping things in alphabetical order.

I'm a creative leader with 15 years of experience specialising in brand identity, creative direction, experience design, and brand strategy with experience across sectors including telco, agencies and entertainment.

I'm passionate about crafting user-centric experiences while developing amazing people to bring them to life. All fuelled by a love of mid-noughties indie music, tea and biscuits.



Recently at BT Group I built and led a small, specialist team to deliver consistent brand experiences across digital and drive digital best practices, raising the standard of design across teams and experiences.

I championed usability and accessibility bringing it to the heart of guidelines and assets. Lead digital vision projects for each brand, empowering designers to create captivating branded experiences. I also took ownership of the digital architecture and social account architecture, bringing consistency to brand interactions.

I also delivered global rebrands for BT, EE and BT group, building an amazing relationship with our brand agency whilst creating the brand experience, guidelines and assets for these influential brands.

Previously at Three, growing, developing and leading a team of digital creatives and copywriters crafting digital products and driving the brand forward. Whilst also being a key part of the digital transformation team reshaping how tech and design teams collaborated as Three transitioned into an agile era.

And before that, I was at Marvellous, a mobile marketing agency where I led the creative direction across multiple award-winning campaigns and experiences for brands big and small.

My love of music and passion for design saw me co-found fifo with Andy Ellis. Together we produce and perform live experimental motion graphics.
